Driver requirements and documents

You must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid driving licence for the vehicle you will drive. International visitors should bring their original passport and original driving licence to the handover. Prepare a bank card for the separate $200 security deposit.

Tell us the country that issued your licence before arrival so document eligibility can be checked. An international driving permit or translation may also be needed depending on your licence and applicable requirements. Where a permit is required, carry it together with your original licence. Check current official guidance for your issuing country and length of stay; a booking enquiry does not establish legal licence recognition.

Every additional driver must be declared and authorised before driving. At least 2 years of driving experience is required. Any additional-driver charge is shown in the written quote. You can begin the WhatsApp enquiry with travel details; do not send passport images in the first message.

We can deliver the car to your preferred location

Request delivery of the Hyundai Tucson directly to your hotel, apartment, an agreed airport meeting point or another preferred address. Send the exact location or map pin, collection time and a contact number on WhatsApp. For airport delivery, also share your flight number and local arrival time.

We agree the delivery location and handover time before confirming the rental. Delivery outside Baku, late arrivals and a different return address need an individual arrangement. Any delivery or collection charge is shown separately in your quote; delivery is not advertised as free.

Daily rental price and the $200 deposit

The Hyundai Tucson costs $135 per day. The same daily USD rate applies throughout the rental, with no duration discounts. Confirm the collection and return times so the rental period is clear before payment.

A separate $200 security deposit is paid by bank card. It is refunded within 14 days after the car is returned, subject to the agreed rental conditions. Outstanding fines, unpaid charges or new damage must be resolved under the agreement. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is not the same as the insurance excess.

Your written quote should show the rental period and daily price, delivery or return charges, requested accessories and the separate deposit. Rental-payment method and timing are agreed on WhatsApp. This website does not take payments.

Insurance, mileage, fuel and permitted routes

Insurance coverage, excess and exclusions form part of your rental agreement and must be supplied before payment. Read the sections covering glass, tyres, underbody, theft and unauthorised use. The $200 deposit does not establish the maximum amount of liability or replace insurance. In an incident, stop safely, contact the rental team and follow the reporting instructions in the agreement.

Your rental includes 250 km per day. For a longer route, arrange additional mileage before booking; any extra-distance charge must be included in your written quote. At handover, record the fuel level and agree the return-fuel requirement. Share all planned destinations: unpaved roads, mountain access and international border crossings require specific permission and current rule checks.
