The airport meeting point

Ask for the terminal, exact meeting point and handover contact in writing. A terminal name alone may not explain where to meet. Keep the instructions accessible on your phone after landing. This website offers requested airport pickup arrangements; it does not advertise a staffed terminal rental desk or a fixed airport-counter location.

Delayed flights and late arrivals

Send an update if your flight or arrival time changes. Ask how waiting, late-night collection and any extra charge will be handled. Flight tracking and unrestricted waiting are not automatically included in the published daily car price. Agree these details before departure rather than assuming the car will be held indefinitely.

Choosing a car after a flight

Tell us about large checked bags, child-seat requests and passengers arriving separately. A vehicle’s seat count does not establish suitcase capacity. Model photos are references, so request confirmation of the exact year, trim, seats and luggage space. If your itinerary continues into the regions, include the route in your enquiry.

Daily rates and the deposit

Every model has one whole-dollar USD daily rate. The rate remains the same throughout the rental, with no duration discounts. Every car requires a separate $200 deposit paid by bank card. The deposit is refunded within 14 days after vehicle return under the rental conditions. Confirm any delivery, accessory and other agreed charges in your written quote.

The collection inspection

Have original identification and driving documents ready, with any permit required for your licence. Inspect the exterior, record existing marks and confirm fuel and mileage. Familiarise yourself with the lights, gearbox and parking brake before leaving. Keep your signed handover record and deposit receipt.

Returning at the airport

Agree the return meeting point and contact before the final day. Leave time for traffic, refuelling, joint inspection and your airline check-in. Record the return time and vehicle condition, and keep the signed return record until the $200 deposit is refunded within the stated 14-day window under the rental conditions.

Rental eligibility and delivery

Drivers must be at least 23 and have a valid driving licence. International visitors bring their original passport and licence; confirm any international permit or translation requirement for your issuing country. We can deliver the car to your hotel, apartment, airport meeting point or another agreed address. Send the location and time on WhatsApp. Any delivery charge, mileage and insurance conditions are confirmed in your written quote. Every car requires a separate $200 bank-card deposit, refunded within 14 days after return under the rental conditions.

Save a practical arrival checklist

Keep your meeting instructions, handover contact and accommodation address available offline. Message after collecting baggage to confirm that you are ready at the agreed point. If your phone has no connection, use the contact method agreed before flying. Avoid setting out before you understand the controls, fuel requirement and route to your first stop.

Separate pickup from a transfer

A self-drive airport pickup and a chauffeured airport transfer are different services. Tell us explicitly which you want. A transfer request needs its own passenger, luggage, destination and timing quote. Do not assume that a listed daily vehicle price includes a driver, waiting time or a one-way transfer.
