Minimum driver age: 23
Our minimum driver age is 23 years. Each person who will drive must meet this requirement and be authorised in the rental agreement. At least 2 years of driving experience is required. Tell us about additional drivers before collection; do not hand the vehicle to an undeclared driver.
Bring an original valid driving licence
You must hold a valid driving licence for the vehicle you will drive. Bring the original licence to handover and check that it remains valid throughout the rental. Identify the licence-issuing country when enquiring, especially if it differs from your passport nationality. A phone photograph is not presented as a replacement for the original document.
Passport and international driving documents
International visitors should bring their original passport. Depending on the issuing country and applicable requirements, an international driving permit or translation may also be needed. Where required, carry the permit alongside the original licence. Verify current official guidance for your licence and length of stay before departure. Our foreign driver guide explains how to prepare without assuming all licences have the same rules.
A bank card for the security deposit
Every vehicle requires a separate $200 security deposit paid by bank card. It is refunded within 14 days after vehicle return under the rental conditions. Confirm accepted cards and any cardholder requirement on WhatsApp before arrival. Rental charges and payment timing are explained in the written quote; the website does not accept payments.
Delivery to your chosen location
We can deliver the car to your preferred hotel, apartment, airport meeting point or another agreed address. Send the map pin, date, time and contact details. For an airport arrival, include your flight number and local arrival time. We confirm the handover location and any delivery charge before reservation; service outside Baku needs an individual arrangement.
Check the agreement before driving
Your confirmation should identify the exact car, authorised drivers, rental dates, daily USD rate, mileage allowance, fuel policy, insurance cover and excess, permitted routes and return arrangements. There are no duration discounts. Inspect the car at handover and retain the collection record.
Book directly on WhatsApp
Send your travel dates, preferred vehicle, delivery address, passenger and luggage count, route and licence-issuing country. We check the car and applicable terms before confirming. Begin with trip details; do not send passport images in the first enquiry. There is no public booking or identity-document upload form.
Daily mileage included
Every rental includes 250 km per day. Share your planned destinations before reservation. If you expect to drive further, arrange additional mileage in advance and make sure any additional charge appears in the quote. Rental cars may only be used on the permitted routes stated in your agreement.
