Confirm the exact car and reservation
All reservations are arranged directly on WhatsApp. An enquiry does not reserve a car; wait for written confirmation of the actual vehicle, dates, collection and return times and complete quote. Catalogue images and model specifications are references until the actual vehicle is confirmed.
Driver age and documents
Drivers must be at least 23 and have a valid driving licence for the vehicle. International visitors bring their original passport and licence. At least 2 years of driving experience is required. Check international permit and translation requirements for your licence before arrival. Additional drivers must be declared and authorised.
Daily USD pricing
Each car has one whole-dollar USD daily rate, with no duration discounts. The quote identifies the agreed rental period and any separate delivery, return or accessory charges. Confirm rental-payment method and timing before paying. No payment is collected through this website.
Delivery and collection
We can deliver the vehicle to your preferred hotel, apartment, airport meeting point or another agreed address. Send an exact location and handover time. Delivery outside Baku, late arrival and different return locations require an individual arrangement. Delivery charges, if applicable, appear in the quote; free delivery is not promised.
$200 bank-card security deposit
A separate $200 deposit is required for every car and paid by bank card. It is refunded within 14 days after vehicle return, subject to the rental conditions. Any new damage, outstanding fines or unpaid charges must be addressed under the agreement. Request supporting records for any deduction. The security deposit and insurance excess are separate matters.
Mileage, fuel, insurance and route permission
Your rental includes 250 km per day. Arrange additional mileage in advance; any additional charge must appear in your quote. The agreement sets out fuel return level, insurance cover, excess and exclusions. Share your planned route before booking. Unpaved roads, mountain access and international crossings are not automatically authorised. All drivers and use must meet the agreement conditions.
Inspection, changes and return
Inspect the car and record existing marks, fuel and equipment at handover. Contact us before extending, changing dates or adding a driver; written approval and availability are required. Cancellation fees and refund eligibility must be supplied before confirmation. Agree the return time and address and retain the return and deposit records.
