Agree the return before the final day
Check the return time and location in your written confirmation. Contact us early if your flight changes or you need a different handover point. An extension is subject to availability and must be agreed; keeping the vehicle longer does not automatically extend the contract. Leave space in your travel schedule for city traffic, refuelling and the inspection. Airport return arrangements should also leave time for baggage and airline check-in.
Prepare the car for inspection
Remove your belongings from the boot, glovebox, door pockets and under the seats. Check for charging cables, sunglasses and documents before leaving. Follow the agreed fuel return policy and keep a fuel receipt where useful. Return keys and any accessories supplied with the car. If something happened during the rental, raise it with the handover contact rather than waiting for the inspection to uncover it.
Record the handover together
Review the vehicle condition, fuel level, mileage and return time with the representative. Keep a written record of the return and take clear photos as supporting evidence. Ask about any concern while you are both present. Where there is a disagreement, record it in writing and request the relevant explanation or supporting records. Keep your original collection inspection so the two records can be compared.
Follow the deposit refund
Every car has a $200 deposit paid by bank card. It is refunded within 14 days after the car is returned, subject to the rental conditions, new damage, unpaid fines and other outstanding charges. Keep the card payment receipt and return record until you receive the refund. For a status update, send your booking reference and return date on WhatsApp. Do not send card security codes or full card details in chat.
Leave a clear final contact
Make sure the WhatsApp number used for the rental remains reachable after departure. If you are travelling onward, tell us the best way to contact you about the refund or return record. Request copies of any missing documents before leaving the handover location. A complete collection and return record makes it easier to resolve questions after the journey and keeps the deposit separate from the daily rental charges.
