Insurance information before payment
The rental agreement must identify the insurance coverage applicable to your actual vehicle, covered risks, policy excess and exclusions before payment. This website does not establish that any particular comprehensive or zero-excess policy is included. An insurer, policy limit or premium cannot be stated without the actual insurance documentation.
The deposit and insurance excess are different
Every car requires a $200 bank-card deposit, refundable within 14 days after vehicle return under the rental conditions. The deposit does not define the maximum liability for damage or establish the insurance excess. Read the agreement before accepting financial responsibility.
Exclusions to review
Read how the agreement handles glass, tyres, wheels, underbody, lost keys, theft and unauthorised use. Additional drivers must be authorised and meet the minimum age of 23 and at least 2 years of driving experience. Unapproved routes and use may affect the rental and insurance terms. No automatic coverage for these situations is promised.
If an incident occurs
Stop safely and follow the emergency and incident-reporting instructions in your rental documents. Contact the rental team promptly and retain photographs and relevant records when it is safe to do so. Follow any police or insurer reporting requirements set out in the agreement. Do not arrange repairs without the required authorisation.
A clear agreement for your trip
Rental includes 250 km per day. Additional mileage, delivery and optional accessories must be itemised separately where charged. Send your itinerary on WhatsApp and obtain the complete rental and insurance terms before payment. Keep the agreement and handover records during your trip.
