Start with your hotel
Send the hotel name, address, planned pickup date and local time. Agree the actual entrance or parking area instead of relying only on the hotel name. If a vehicle cannot stop at the main entrance, ask where the handover can take place. Hotel collection is a requested arrangement that needs written confirmation; it is not an advertised rental desk inside the hotel.
Match the car to your stay
A smaller sedan may suit a city base with light luggage, while a crossover or minivan can be useful for a family carrying more bags. Tell us if you will leave Baku for regional overnight stops. Include accommodation access and any planned detours so the exact car and route permission can be discussed.
Daily price, deposit and delivery
Every model has one whole-dollar USD daily rate. The rate remains the same throughout the rental, with no duration discounts. Every car requires a separate $200 deposit paid by bank card. The deposit is refunded within 14 days after vehicle return under the rental conditions. Confirm any delivery, accessory and other agreed charges in your written quote.
Allow time for collection
Keep your original driving documents and identification ready. Confirm driver eligibility before arrival. Walk around the car together, record existing marks and check luggage space before accepting it. Save the written agreement, fuel record and card deposit receipt.
Arrange the return
The collection and return points can be different only by agreement. Ask about the return location and any charge when requesting the original quote. If your plans change, contact us before the agreed return time. An extension needs a new availability check.
Confirm on WhatsApp
Send your dates, hotel, passengers, bags and preferred model to +994 55 219 06 29. Wait for the written car and pickup confirmation. Website enquiries do not automatically reserve a car.
Rental eligibility and delivery
Drivers must be at least 23 and have a valid driving licence. International visitors bring their original passport and licence; confirm any international permit or translation requirement for your issuing country. We can deliver the car to your hotel, apartment, airport meeting point or another agreed address. Send the location and time on WhatsApp. Any delivery charge, mileage and insurance conditions are confirmed in your written quote. Every car requires a separate $200 bank-card deposit, refunded within 14 days after return under the rental conditions.
