A fixed deposit for every car
Every car requires a $200 security deposit paid by bank card. The deposit is refunded within 14 days after vehicle return, subject to the agreed rental conditions. The same daily USD rate applies throughout the rental; there are no duration discounts.
At collection
Bring the bank card you intend to use for the deposit. Agree the card payment procedure and keep the payment receipt. Rental charges and the security deposit are separate amounts; ask for both to be clearly identified in your written agreement. Inspect the car together and photograph any existing marks before signing the handover record.
At return
Arrange an inspection and record the return time, fuel level and vehicle condition. Keep the signed return document and any receipts. Where new damage, fines or unpaid charges affect the deposit, request an explanation and supporting records.
The refund window
The deposit is returned within 14 days after the vehicle is returned under the rental conditions. Keep your WhatsApp conversation and card receipt until the refund arrives. If you need an update, send the return date and booking reference on WhatsApp; never send a full card number or card security code.
Budgeting before your trip
The deposit is separate from the daily rental price. Do not count it as available spending money during the rental. Every car has the same $200 deposit, so you can compare the collection using the daily USD rate, passenger space and luggage needs.
