A practical booking message
Send your collection date and time, return date and time, airport flight number or hotel address, number of passengers and luggage, and preferred model in one WhatsApp message. Include the towns you plan to visit so suitability can be discussed before handover. Ask for a written breakdown of the daily USD rate, number of rental days and any agreed delivery or accessory charges. The separate bank-card deposit is $200. Keep the agreed quote and collection instructions accessible on your phone. Before accepting the keys, compare the actual vehicle with the confirmation and record existing marks together with the representative.
