Start with a useful message
A good rental enquiry contains your arrival date, return date, local collection and return times, preferred model and pickup point. Include the number of passengers and the luggage you expect to carry. If you are arriving at Baku Airport, add your flight number. You can send these details in one WhatsApp message rather than entering a booking form. Your enquiry helps us check the exact car and collection arrangements; it does not confirm availability by itself.
Turn your itinerary into a vehicle choice
Say whether you will stay in Baku or travel to Gabala, Sheki, Shahdag or another region. Tell us about planned detours and accommodation access. Passenger count alone does not determine the right car: a group with large suitcases may need more boot space than the seat count suggests. Discuss unusual equipment requests before agreeing the vehicle. Model photos on this site are references, so request confirmation of the actual year, colour and specification.
Check the written quote
The quote should identify the car, daily USD rate, rental dates and any separate delivery or optional-service charges. There are no duration discounts. Every car requires a $200 bank-card deposit, returned within 14 days after vehicle return under the rental conditions. Clarify mileage, fuel, insurance excess, approved drivers and permitted routes before accepting the rental. Save the conversation so you can check the agreed details at collection.
Make arrival easy
Ask for the meeting point, contact person and instructions for finding each other. A terminal name alone may be insufficient for an airport handover. Keep a copy of the instructions accessible after landing and send an update if your flight changes. Agree what happens if immigration or baggage takes longer than expected. For hotel collection, provide the hotel name and entrance or parking area where the handover can take place.
Confirm before travelling
Wait for written confirmation before treating the vehicle as reserved. Review the collection and return instructions together with the quote. If your plans change, contact us before the agreed pickup or return time. A longer rental or a different car requires a new availability check.
