If possible, describe your suitcase sizes instead of relying only on the number of bags.
Think about each part of your journey
For a short city stay, a compact sedan may offer the space you need with a manageable size for parking. A longer regional trip may make cabin comfort and luggage access more important. If you plan to change hotels, consider how often you will load and unload the car. Tell us about equipment such as pushchairs or sports bags that may change the usable boot space.
Include children and seat requirements
A child seat occupies space in the cabin and may affect how comfortably other passengers fit beside it. Share the child seat requirements when making the first enquiry and confirm the actual accessory before travel. Ask how the requested seat fits the exact vehicle. Do not treat a generic model picture as evidence of the supplied seating arrangement. Leave room for essential items that need to be accessible during the journey.
Compare the daily cost clearly
The public collection shows one whole-dollar daily price per model. The daily rate does not change with rental length and there are no duration discounts. Every car requires the same $200 bank-card deposit, refunded within 14 days after return under the rental conditions. Compare the daily rate alongside confirmed luggage capacity, route suitability and any separate delivery or accessory charges in the written quote.
Verify the actual car
Internet photos on the site illustrate model families and may show a different year, trim or colour. Ask for confirmation of the rental car and its available seats, boot space and equipment. A model name is a starting point for the conversation. Before leaving the collection location, load your luggage and make sure it is secured without restricting visibility or occupying a required passenger seat.
