Before you travel
Ask your hotel about vehicle access and overnight parking. In central areas, read signs and use authorised parking facilities. A compact car may be easier to manoeuvre in narrow streets.
During your rental
Confirm current parking payment instructions at the location. Keep any payment record, and ask the rental provider how parking penalties are handled. Do not assume hotel delivery includes parking costs.
Connect the advice to your booking
Send the planned dates and route directly on WhatsApp. Ask for vehicle-specific requirements and the complete written quote before paying. Refer to our airport collection and foreign driver guides for the next steps.
Plan parking with your accommodation
Ask your hotel whether it has a dedicated space, how the entrance is reached and whether parking is charged separately. A hotel address does not always identify the vehicle entrance, so request a map pin for collection and return. When parking elsewhere, read the displayed signs and current payment instructions; do not rely on an old price from a travel blog. Photograph the bay or location if it helps you find the car again, and keep payment evidence. Leave valuables out of view. For sightseeing, choose one suitable parking point and explore nearby on foot where practical instead of repeatedly searching for curbside space.
