Before you travel
Ask which coverage is included, the policy excess and the exclusions. Clarify glass, tyres, underbody, lost keys and unapproved routes. A refundable deposit and insurance excess are different amounts.
During your rental
Ask for the accident and breakdown procedure, emergency contact and required reporting. An optional upgrade must have written coverage details before payment.
Connect the advice to your booking
Send the planned dates and route directly on WhatsApp. Ask for vehicle-specific requirements and the complete written quote before paying. Refer to our airport collection and foreign driver guides for the next steps.
Questions to settle before accepting the car
Ask which policy covers the exact vehicle, what the driver's financial responsibility is and which exclusions apply. Request the answer in your written rental confirmation. In particular, ask how tyres, glass, the underside of the vehicle, keys, unapproved drivers and unapproved routes are treated. These are questions to clarify, not a promise that every item is insured. The $200 deposit does not by itself establish a maximum liability. Agree the reporting procedure and assistance contact before driving. If damage or an incident occurs, follow the agreed instructions and preserve the relevant records rather than arranging an unapproved repair or assuming the deposit settles everything.
