Before you leave the arrivals hall
Save the representative's number, agreed meeting point and vehicle confirmation before your flight. Send your flight number so the conversation refers to the correct arrival, and tell us if your landing time changes. Once you have collected your luggage, check the latest WhatsApp message before walking to a parking area. Agree how long handover is expected to take and what happens if luggage collection delays you. Keep your passport, original driving licence and deposit card ready. Do not begin the drive until the inspection, fuel level, mileage record and return arrangements are clear. Delivery arrangements and any applicable charges belong in your written quote.
